COMPANY
PROFILE.
HISTORY:
PJS Alarms are an established family business from Hull
& have been installing quality intruder alarm systems since
1988.
In March 1992 a Partnership was formed between Francis
Levesley & his son Mark Levesley, PJS Alarms became PJS
Electrical & Alarm Services.
In January 1995 PJS became an SSAIB (Security Systems
& Alarms Inspection Board) Approved Installer.
In 1995 PJS Electrical & Alarm Services registered
with the Data Protection Registrar.
In 1996 we expanded into the CCTV market & have
already established a large
customer base throughout the Country.
In March 1997 Francis Levesley retired & Mark
Levesley became the Proprietor.
We were awarded three SSAIB Certificates of Merit, for
our inspections in 1997-1998, 1998-1999, &
1999-2000.
We were awarded a SSAIB Certificate of Excellence in
July 2000 for achieving three Certificates of Merit's over the last
three years inspections, (we are the 26th company to achieve this
award within the last nine years).
In March 2001 due to continued expansion a new Company
was formed Levesley Ltd t/as PJS Electrical & Alarm
Services.
In March 2002 Levesley Limited sourced & developed a
Digital CCTV system in conjunction with Moss Pharmacy Limited, to
both Companies extracting standards. After extensive field trials
the product was offered for sale to selective retail markets. The
Digital CCTV system product is continually being upgraded,
reviewed, assessed & improved upon, on a regular
basis.
In March 2004 a new Company was formed PJS CCTV Limited
with Mark Levesley & his partner Avril Cook and
Paul Taylor as its directors, its sole purpose being to
concentrate on the rapidly growing CCTV section of the business.
This includes both analogue & digital CCTV & covers
installations, maintenance, repairs & upgrades of the
systems.
In July 2005 the Intruder
alarm division of the company was sold to a third party in order to
free up our engineers and to dedicate their time to our increasing
CCTV customer database.
In January 2007 PJS CCTV
achieved NPA approval and became the only company approved to
supply CCTV to the NPA members throughout the
UK.
In June 2008 PJS CCTV
achieved 'C-Store Ready' status with ACS.
In November 2008 The PJS Group
achieved SSAIB registration for intruder alarms.
In February 2009 PJS CCTV
achieved SSAIB Recognition for CCTV.
FAMILY RUN
BUSINESS:
PJS is a genuine run family business over three
generations from founder Francis Levesley to his
son Mark Levesley & joining the business his daughter Bianca
Levesley son John Levesley & step daughter Rebecca
Cook.
CUSTOMER
DATABASE:
Our clients range from the domestic sector to local
& national companies, we pride
ourselves on the excellent level of service offered to all our
customers. Over 70% of our business comes as a direct result of
recommendations from our existing customer database. We have
systems installed throughout the UK.
MAINTENANCE:
All customers are offered a choice of fully
comprehensive maintenance agreements to suit the customer &
system requirements. All maintenance visits are arranged with the
customer for a mutually convenient time & date. The system is
maintained to BS & a report on its condition is completed by
the engineer. Any defective parts are repaired / replaced &
brought to the attention of the customer.
EMERGENCY HOUR CALL
OUT:
All new & maintained systems are covered with a 24
hour emergency call out service.
The service is manually answered 24 hours a day (no
answer phones or mobile phones) & we can in normal
circumstances attend to the premises within 1 hour of the receipt
of the call (national coverage for call outs will usually vary to
an agreed time scale for CCTV systems).

& AFTERSALES:
It is our belief that the customer is the major asset in
the business & without which the business will fail. Our policy
therefore to give our utmost attention to customer satisfaction at
all times. Recommendations from satisfied customers is the best
form of advertising.
If a customer is not happy with a service or product
offered, we will do everything in our power to rectify the
situation.
THE
FUTURE:
Our future is to build & expand the company without
loss of quality or service & to continually invest the
maintenance revenue's into the company's growth. We aim to provide
the best possible service at a realistic cost & to keep
customer satisfaction at the forefront of our
business.
