QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE
TO
VIEWING & COPYING INCIDENTS
1. Move cursor key to bottom
of screen to pop up toolbar and click on the''left
icon'', then onto ''Video Log''.
2. Select the camera to view by clicking on
the ''Camera 1'' drop down. 3. Select the start
time from the ''Video Events''.
4. Left click the ''Play''
icon.
5. To view all cameras click ''Camera''
icon at the top right and click ''Multiview''.
6. When finished viewing note the time,date
and camera/s
7. Left click the ''Exit/Minimise'' icon and
click exit.
8. Move cursor key to bottom of screen to
pop up toolbar and click on the ''left icon'', then onto Backup
System.
9. Left click onto cd and hard drive icon on
the top left.
10. Change ''640MB'' to
''680MB''.
11. Change Start Date and Start Time (Do
start time 5mins before).
12. Change End Date and End
Time.
13. Untick cameras not to be
copied.
14. Change ''Video And Audio Event Only'' to
''Video Event Only''.
15. Left click ''Ok''.
16. Left click ''Ok'' again.
17. Left click ''Ok'' again.
18. Left click on ''Cross'' on top
right.
19. Move cursor key to bottom of screen to
pop up toolbar and click on the ''left icon'', then onto Nero
Express.
20. Select Data then click ''Data
Disc''.
21. Right click onto white area of screen and
click paste.
22. Left click ''Replace All'' if
asked.
23. Left click ''Next'' on the bottom
right.
24. Put a blank C/D into the drive and left
click ''Burn'' and wait.
25. Once burning process has completed, left
click ''Ok''.
26. Left click "Next" on the bottom
right.
27. Left click ''Exit''.
28. Left click ''No'' when asked to save
changes.
**YOUR
SYSTEM IS NOW BACK INTO THE RECORDING CAMERAS SCREEN AND
HAS
BEEN RECORDING ALL THE TIME WHILST COPYING THE
INCIDENT/S**
